I just listened the kick-off session and it was very informative. Dafne, thanks for the tips. I can’t wait to learn more about the different tools.

I’m sorry I missed the kick-off session. I’m still a bit at a loss with the time difference and, I must admit, not very confident about my and my pc’s performance during a live session. Anyway, I listened to the recording yesterday and I want to thank you all, moderators, for your reassuring and encouraging words. This is my first time at EVO and your words made me feel that being here is already a great achievement.

Dear all,
It really means alot for me to be with this BAW08 group. I missed the kick-off live session as well. I wonder how I could listen to it.
I am not that novice in computing. I can be of help with ideas, softwares, sites, books, CDs and so on and so forth. The GTM time suits me best. I teach English as a foreign language here in Morocco. My students are beginners. I cant wait for the live sessions to start. Good Luck dear colleagues
Take care

I am very excited to be part of this group. I am entering a little late and am so sorry! I have signed up for this and another EVO session thinking I could handle two since I am not working presently. Well, I am a little overwhelmed (and rusty). I can’t think of a nicer group to help me get back up to speed. I look forward to being part of this group over the next 5 weeks!

Dear all,
I’ve also missed the kick-off session last Sunday, but I’ll be at Tapped In today. I hope everything works with my PC and Internet connection.
You’re such a nice bunch of people, always trying to cooperate and make you feel good. Thanks a lot for your support!

Hi everybody!
It was great to take part in the Tapped In Tour! BjB was an excellent guide, so patient and friendly! There were so many participants, all very eager to learn and do things straightaway.
I believe it’s a wonderful environment for us, teachers to visit regularly and get to know its wide range of possibilities so that then, we can invite our students to join us.
Thanks a lot for sharing it with us.
Silvia from Argentina.

I’m sorry I missed the kick-off session. Got the time zones wrong. And couldn’t figure out how to use Skype even though I had installed it. Pity. Then I was all psyched up today to attend the TappedIn but my java software got corrupted and I spent time reinstalling so missed that as well. Feeling really sorry for myself now.
Also didn’t know I had to register for TI. I don’t think the very long message posted in YG daily digest on Jan 17 made that clear. I only understand that we had to add our names to the database and that was it. So big surprise today when trying to get in.
My question: how can I pre-test my PC and software and know that I’m all set, for the next live session. I hope I don’t miss anymore. Also how can I tell if I’ve registered as a member or a guest. I can’t remember. Should I re-register to become a member if not yet one?
I’m still a bit at a loss with the time difference and, I must admit, not very confident about my and my pc’s performance during a live session. Anyway, I listened to the recording yesterday and I want to thank you all, moderators, for your reassuring and encouraging words. This is my first time at EVO and your words made me feel that being here is already a great achievement.
